I was a Shopify General Virtual Assistant/Blogs Writer for an Online  Dropshipping, E-commerce Shop based in Chile. I was responsible for the fulfillment of the daily orders through Dropified, refunds and cancellation requests, disputes, client inquiries, and concerns.
