E-Commerce General Virtual Assistant skilled in Customer Service, Shopify, and Article Writing October 2012 – July 2017. Years of Excellent Customer Service Experience in one of the biggest Finance/Remittance Companies in the Philippines. October 2017 – July 2018. I was a Shopify General Virtual Assistant/Blogs Writer for an Online  Dropshipping, E-commerce Shop based in Chile. I was responsible for the fulfillment of the daily orders through Dropified, refunds and cancellation requests, disputes, client inquiries, and concerns.
