ABOUT ME

I have been working in the BPO Industry for almost 9 years. I started as Customer Service Representative for an American and Australian Internet provider then moved my way as Technical Support to a well-known Gaming Console company and Internet Service Provider. After about 5 years, I was then given an opportunity to work at home. I became a VA, Sales Specialist, learn how to search for a leads and data entry work. With my skills in Customer Service and Technical Support, I was then offered to take in calls and do email/chat support job. I feel that the job profile suits my aptitude really well and my qualifications and experience also fulfill your requirements
